A new Stryker hip recall lawsuit was recently filed by a Louisiana man in the United States District Court for the Western District of Louisiana. Additional Stryker Rejuvenate hip settlements have been reached, although the terms of the settlement agreements have not been disclosed. On June 20, 2014, a Florida man filed a Stryker Rejuvenate lawsuit against Stryker Orthopaedics, the manufacturer of the Rejuvenate Modular Hip System.
